If you know me personally and live in my area, you can send me an email or text letting me know you would like a copy and I will order one for you when I make my first bulk order for personal sales. (This is the most economical option because I do not charge shipping costs when you buy directly from me! The cost is $15 per paperback and $26 per hardback.)

The content of the book is the exact same at each retailer, however, the cover will differ slightly (mostly the back cover). Lulu is different from the Amazon & ESpace Store. Lulu is also the only store that offers the hardback version. But I promise inside is the exact same thing! ;)
